Anna has over 19 years’ experience of helping people learn and develop. She set up her business in 2017 to do more of what she loves - working with teams and individuals to develop their self-awareness, skills and behaviours and to move their organisations forward.
Anna spent most of her career working in the Higher Education sector and prior to that within retail. She has lead many high profile Organisation Development projects, examples include introducing an organisational coaching strategy, managing organisational conferences and setting up talent development initiatives. As a Learning and Development professional Anna set up and facilitated coaching and mentoring programmes designed to build internal organisational capability and embed a coaching approach within the organisation. She has organised, facilitated and coached on several management development programmes. Her interest in organisational coaching lead Anna to gain her coaching qualification in 2014.
Anna has coached, facilitated, trained and provided professional expertise to staff at all levels from front line to senior leadership teams, and in diverse functions including academics, researchers, IT, Finance, Libraries, Marketing, HR, Procurement and Logistics.
